VONTRON reverse osmosis membrane is a pollution-resistant reverse osmosis membrane developed by Times Vorton, model FR11-8040. This membrane element belongs to the FR (Fouling Resistant) series, mainly used for brackish water desalination, with the characteristics of low operating pressure, high water production and high desalination rate.
Technical features and application scenarios
VONTRON reverse osmosis membrane adopts patented pollution-resistant technology to modify the membrane surface, change the charge and smoothness of the membrane surface, increase the hydrophilicity of the membrane surface, thereby reducing the attachment of pollutants and microorganisms on the membrane surface, reducing the pollution rate of the membrane element, and extending the service life. In addition, the membrane element adopts a 34mil wide water inlet flow channel design, which reduces pressure loss and improves cleaning recovery.
This membrane element is suitable for desalination treatment of surface water, municipal water and industrial wastewater with a salt content of less than 10000ppm, especially suitable for various scales of water reuse, boiler feed water, circulating cooling water and other water treatment fields, especially suitable for polluted water sources containing a small amount of organic matter.
