Vontron Reverse Osmosis Membranes ULP 4040 High Desalination Rate for Commerical Use

The ULP (Ultra Low Pressure) series is an ultra-low pressure aromatic polyamide composite membrane element developed by Times Vontron for surface water and groundwater desalination. It can achieve the same high water flux and high desalination rate as conventional low-pressure membranes under ultra-low operating pressure conditions. Its operating pressure is about 2/3 of the operating pressure of conventional low-pressure composite membranes, and the desalination rate can reach 99.5%. This reduces the investment costs of related pumps, pipelines, containers and other equipment and the operating costs of reverse osmosis systems, and improves economic benefits.
The ULP series membrane elements are suitable for desalination treatment of water sources such as surface water, groundwater, tap water and municipal water with a salt content of less than about 2000ppm. They are mainly used in various fields such as purified water of various sizes, boiler feed water, food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

ULP- 4040 series, the membrane effective area is 10 square meters, the water production capacity is 0.25T/H, the water inlet pressure is 150psi.
The biggest feature of this low-pressure membrane is high water production and low energy consumption.
It is mainly used in brackish water, tap water, and groundwater ,But,with a salt content below 5000 milligrams.
The main operating pressure is around 10 kilograms, with a desalination rate of over 99% and a service life of about 3 years
