ABS Flat Sheet MBR Membranes Used For Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is the combination of a membrane process like microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a suspended growth bioreactor, and is now widely used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
Membrane bioreactors can be used to reduce the footprint of an activated sludge sewage treatment system by removing some of the liquid component of the mixed liquor. This leaves a concentrated waste product that is then treated using the activated sludge process.

For different water qualities, there will be significant differences in their water production. Users should conduct sufficient experiments. This parameter is the initial filtration flux of a membrane element when using MBR membrane to treat municipal wastewater under suction vacuum conditions of 25 ℃ and -10KPa. The unit is L/㎡. d, which is not a guaranteed value.

Cleaning fluid preparation concentration | When the membrane is organically contaminated, soak it in 0.5 % concentration NaClO solution for 4 to 6 hours. The cleaning solution preparation quantity is: 3 L / element; when the membrane is contaminated by oil or inorganic scaling, please refer to "Chemical cleaning of Membrane Modules" for details on the treatment method in section 8. |
